140 persons are suspected of committing corruption crimes within 760 criminal proceedings investigated by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor`s Office. 215 cases as of 369 persons sent to court.

On August 14, 2019, the Deputy Minister of the Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “TOT”), as well as his “assistant”, were exposed and detained. The investigation revealed that they took possession of someone else's funds in a particularly large amount by deceit.
As of July 31, 2019, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) jointly with the prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) prosecuted 502 people for corruption. 133 persons are suspected of committing corruption crimes within 751 criminal proceedings investigated by the NABU. The indictments as of 369 persons sent to court.
The NABU and the SAPO expect for restoration of criminal liability for illegal enrichment and returning to the National Bureau the authority to invalidate illegal agreements in court. Both tools have justified their effectiveness. This was stressed by the NABU Director Artem Sytnyk at the press conference on August 9, 2019.
On August 8, 2019, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor`s Office (SAPO) gave notices of suspicion to six persons involved in introduction of the so-called "Rotterdam+ formula" that resulted in 18.87 billion UAH of losses to electricity consumers.
