The Solomyansky District Court of Kyiv satisfied the motion filed by the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and seized the integral property complexes of the combined heat and power plants (CHP) of Novyj Rozdil and of Novoyavorivsk. It should be reminded that the NABU Detectives conduct the investigation as of the facts of 300 million cubic meters’ embezzlement of natural gas of National Joint-Stock Company (NJSC) Naftogaz of Ukraine. According to the court decision, this integral property complexes were transferred to the National Agency of Ukraine for finding, tracing and management of assets (ARMA). This was stated by the NABU Director Artem Sytnyk and the ARMA Head Anton Yanchuk at the briefing which took place on August 2, 2018.

On July 26, 2018, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the Anti-corruption prosecutors completed a pre-trial investigation of Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko. He is suspected of organizing public funds embezzlement scheme while producing and selling gas under joint operation agreements with the Public Joint-Stock Company (PJSC) Ukrgasvydobuvannia (gas case).

On July 11, 2018, the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor`s Office (SAPO) made a decision to terminate the criminal proceeding as of suspected ex-Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and as of one more person (who is also known as a relative of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine). 

On May 30, 2018, the online voting for the new members of the Civil Oversight Council (COC) was held by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). It results were published on the official website of NABU, in accordance with the Regulations on the NABU Civil Oversight Council.
