On Nov. 17, 2022, NABU and SAPO notified an incumbent Ukrainian MP of suspicion of concealing assets worth about UAH 1.79 million in his 2020 electronic declaration. His actions fall under Part 1 Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The team of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau won the finals of the Integrity Hackathon – an international innovation competition in the field of integrity and anti-corruption, which took place on Nov. 11, 2022, in Vilnius. The event was organized by the Lithuanian Special Investigation Service (Specialiųjų tyrimų tarnyba, STT).

On Nov. 11, 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) сompleted an investigation aginst the acting director of the State Enterprise "Okhtyrsky Bakery Combine" of the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine (SRAU).

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, under the operational support of the Security Service Military Counterintelligence, have exposed three State Border Guard Service (SBGS) officials and two civilians, who organized a scheme of illegal border crossing by conscripted male citizens of Ukraine. On Nov. 8-10, 2022, they were notified of suspicion of a crime under Part 3 Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In October 2022, NABU launched investigations within 60 criminal cases, served 48 notices of suspicion, and filed 4 indictments regarding 11 persons.
