Two private companies, exposed by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine after NABU provided evidence of their violation of competition law, paid UAH 77.2 million in fines to the state budget.

One conviction in respect of one person came into force. During the first month of the year NABU and SAPO charged the head of a Prosecutor General`s Office department with incitement to bribery and fraud.
On Feb. 10, 2022, the former director of the state enterprise "Market Operator" was notified of the end of the investigation into embezzling SE's UAH 2.15 million of which he is accused. The case materials were disclosed to the defense.
