Receipt of improper advantage by National Police officer: materials disclosed

NABU and SAPO have filed an indictment against the former Head of the Explosives Department of the National Police and an accomplice in the crime - a private entrepreneur. The actions of the former fall under Part 4 Art. 368, Part 1 Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the latter - under Part 3 Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

NABU and Inspectorate General of Security Forces of Czech Republic join forces against corruption

The National Bureau and the Inspectorate General of the Security Forces of the Czech Republic have agreed on cooperation and exchange of information in the field of prevention, detection and investigation of criminal corruption offenses. KDAC Head close relative suspected of submitting false data to e-declaration

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) have notified an ex-official of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine (he is also a lawyer) of suspicion of submitting misstatements to his e-declaration. The actions of the suspect fall under Part 2 Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
