Results of the NABU’s and the SAPO’s work in October: 730 proceeding are under investigation

As of October 31, 2018, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine under the procedural guidance of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) investigate 730 criminal proceedings. 276 persons are accused of committing criminal corruption offences within 166 cases, which were sent to court.

Pre-trial investigation of the so-called «amber case» is completed

The Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) completed a pre-trial investigation of the criminal proceeding as of the facts of receiving an improper advantage for the assistance to a foreign company in the realization of amber mining in Ukraine (the so-called «amber case»).

NABU prevented MP Boryslav Rosenblat taking abroad materials important for the investigation of the "amber case"

On October 19, 2017, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) prevented an attempt of Member of Parliament (MP) Boryslav Rosenblat to take abroad materials of the pre-trial investigation of the so-called "amber case". The NABU Detectives also ensured his participation in the court hearing as of prolonging his preventive measure.

NABU calls on the Ukrainian Parliament to give a permission on detention and arrest of the MPs involved in so-called «amber scheme»

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) calls on the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine to support the submissions for criminal prosecution, detention and arrest of the Members of Parliament (MPs) Maksym Poliakov and Boryslav Rosenblat  involved in the so-called «amber case».
