Incitement to bribery of ex-SBI head: case goes to court

On May 24, 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) filed an indictment against a person convicted of fraud and incitement to provide USD 150,000 to a former director of the State Bureau of Investigation. Such actions fall under Part 4 Art. 27, Part 2 Art. 15 Part 4 Art. 190, Part 2 Art. 15, Part 4 Art. 27, Part 4 Art. 369, Part 1 Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

NABU completes probe into third attempt to bribe SPFU Head

NABU and SAPO have completed an investigation in respect of a former official of Mykolaivoblenerho JSC (70% of shares belong to the state) exposed offering an improper advantage to the Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine for getting employed as the head of the same enterprise (managed by SPFU). On April 22, 2021, the case materials were disclosed to the defense for review.

Kharkiv RSA official bribery case sent to court

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) have completed a pre-trial investigation of the director of one of the departments of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, who incited a person to provide an undue benefit. On Dec. 28, 2020, the indictment was sent to court.

NABU exposed Kyiv university chancellor on taking 3 million UAH bribe

The Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine under the procedural guidance of the Anti-Corruption prosecutors and in cooperation with the Chief Department for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and region exposed and took into custody the Acting Chancellor of the National Aviation University for taking an improper advantage (bribe).

The NABU submitted first cases to court – A.Sytnyk

The National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine in collaboration with the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office started to bring criminal proceedings before court, starting with the proceedings on exposing judges of obtaining improper advantage. Artem Sytnyk spoke of this in his appearance on the Channel 24 show “Livy bereh”
