On Aug. 10, 2022, the National Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office issued indictments in the case of theft of 17.11 hectares of particularly valuable land, which caused UAH 11.6 million in losses to the state.
NABU and SAPO have completed an investigation of the former acting director of a state enterprise and the Head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in Vinnytsia region. Both are charged with stealing 17.11 hectares of especially valuable land, which caused UAH 11.6 million in damage to the State. The actions of the suspects fall under Part 5 Art. 191 and Part 1 Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On Sept. 10, 2021, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) served a notice of suspicion to the former acting Director of a state enterprise and the Head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in Vinnytsia region.
The investigation into the allocation of 15 hectares of state lands to private individuals has been completed. On Dec. 21, 2019, SAPO prosecutors filed an indictment against nine people with the High Anti-Corruption Court.
The Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) completed investigation as of the facts of misappropriation of 6 land plots in the capital by the Deputy of the Kyiv City Council, ex-Secretary of the land commission. On April 1, 2019, ex-official and his accomplice were granted with access to the materials of criminal proceeding for review.
