NABU and SAPO started 44 investigations, served suspicion notices on 17 persons, and sent six indictments against 12 persons to court. Two convictions against two persons took effect. These are the results of NABU and SAPO in November 2022.
In October 2022, NABU launched investigations within 60 criminal cases, served 48 notices of suspicion, and filed 4 indictments regarding 11 persons.
The first half of 2022 saw the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine fighting on two fronts - against top corruption and russian occupiers. The period became one of the most difficult in terms of challenges faced by the Bureau staff in the conditions of a full-scale invasion of the enemy.
In May 2021, NABU and SAPO served 11 persons with notices of suspicion, sent indictments against two others to court. One conviction came into force. In particular, notices of suspicion were served to three persons whose actions during the purchase of diesel fuel for the "Ukrzaliznytsia" PJSC resulted in almost UAH 103 million losses to the company.
In March 2021, the NABU Detectives launched probes within 61 criminal cases, served four notices of suspicion, filed five indictments against eight people. Two convictions in respect of three persons came into force.
The NABU Detectives have started pre-trial investigations as of 52 cases. 13 persons were given notices of suspicion of committing corruption crimes. Indictments as of 11 persons were sent to court. These are the results of the NABU and SAPO activities as of August 2020.

The NABU Detectives have started pre-trial investigation as of 63 criminal proceedings in February 2020. 19 persons were given notices of suspicion of committing corruption crimes within criminal proceedings investigated by NABU and SAPO.
