Roman Osypchuk
Deputy Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine on Digital Development and Digital Transformations
Roman Osypchuk was born on September 16, 1983, in Rivne.
Education
In 2021, he defended his dissertation and obtained a Ph.D. degree with a specialization in “Administrative and Legal Principles of Preventing Corruption in the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.”
He participated in a number of international and national professional development programs, including training under the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative, NATO’s Building Integrity Program, courses on Singapore’s anti-corruption policy, as well as programs on strategic leadership and cybersecurity.
He established and organized the work of the Information Security Unit and personally led projects on developing the Bureau’s IT security.
Work experience
- August 2004 – October 2015: served in law enforcement bodies.
- October 2015 – September 2025: Head of the Internal Control Department of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
- Since September 2025: Deputy Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
