The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) did not allow NABU and SAPO to bring ex-Member of Parliament of Ukraine, one of the controllers of Zolotoy Mandaryn Oil LLC, to criminal liability for organizing of corruption scheme on embezzlement of more than UAH 54 million. The investigation gained enough evidence to give him a notice of suspicion, but because of his immunity as a close relative of the Judge of the ECHR, the law enforcement agencies needed permission from the ECHR to carry out the relevant procedural action.

On July 6, 2020, the indictment as of the Acting Head of the Main Department of the Regional State Tax Service of Ukraine (STSU) and her Deputy was sent to court. The actions of the officials are qualified under Part 3 Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor`s Office (SAPO) completed a pre-trial investigation as of the facts of an attempt to seize by deception (fraud)  USD 300 thousand by group of persons. Among the suspects, there are the Head of one of the Main Departments of the Presidential Office, the Ex-Deputy Minister of Culture of Ukraine (2011) and a person who pretended to be an adviser to the Head of the Presidential Office was involved in committing a crime.

On June 1, 2020, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor`s Office (SAPO) gave a notice of suspicion to the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources in the administration of former President Viktor Yanukovych. He is suspected of organizing of attempt to bribe NABU and SAPO executives. In exchange for the improper advantage, the officials had to terminate the case in which the ex-Minister of Ecology is a suspect. The ex-official is suspected of committing crimes under Part 3 Article 27, Part 4 Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

On June 26, 2020, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor`s Office (SAPO) gave notices of suspicion to the Head of one of the Regional State Administrations (RSA) (equivalent to the Governor) and to the official of the RSA. They actions are qualified under Part 2 Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
