On July 21, 2023, NABU detectives, following the instructions of SAPO prosecutors, transferred USD 600,000 for the needs of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. The money was seized in 2016 as part of the investigation into the so-called "gas case". The transfer of funds became possible thanks to the decision of the HACC.
NABU and SAPO have exposed a massive scheme of misappropriating funds from the state enterprise “Polygraph Combine “Ukraina” worth over UAH 450 million.
