NABU and SAPO, in cooperation with the SSU, exposed a deputy of the Myrhorod City Council, a member of the land commission, who solicited and received an undue advantage worth USD 66,700 for tackling a land issue.
On Nov. 21, 2023, the High Anti-Corruption Court collected bail of UAH 56 million put up for an MP. The lawmaker, along with other accomplices, is accused of embezzling UAH 93 million from the Production Support Center branch of Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) State Enterprise
NABU and SAPO, together with Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine - Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, as well as the head of the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, implemented a large-scale operation to expose current MPs, officials, business representatives who offered undue advantage (money, real estate, and cryptocurrency) in exchange for assistance in obtaining contracts, land, and funds allocated for restoration projects. Currently, three episodes of criminal activity have been documented.
On Nov. 16-18, 2023, the third All-Ukrainian Anti-Corruption Moot Court (VAM 3.0) was held in Lviv. This is an educational project aimed at improving theoretical knowledge of criminal law, practical skills in the process of investigating corruption crimes and considering the case in court, as well as increasing the awareness of young people about the problems of corruption.
