NABU and SAPO have charged a former deputy head of the Regional State Administration with soliciting a bribe for ensuring a long-term lease of a forest plot to a private company.
The event brought together colleagues, parliamentarians, government and civil society representatives, international partners.
The position has been filled by Denys Giulmahomedov, who previously served as Deputy Director for Digital Development and Digital Transformation.
