On the initiative of NABU and SAPO, the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine received USD 5 million seized as part of the investigation into the former minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
On Sept. 7, 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor`s Office (SAPO) notified an MP of suspicion of committing an offense falling under 1 Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On Sept. 6, 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor`s Office (SAPO) notified the head of a district court in the Kirovohrad region of suspicion. The judge was exposed red-handed upon receiving USD 1,000. Two assistant judges were notified of suspicion as well. The actions of all suspects fall under Part 2 Art. 28, Part 3 Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
