The National Anti-Corruption Bureau, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, has exposed a number of persons involved in subversive activities against Ukraine on the territory of Kyiv on behalf of representatives of the russian federation.
On Feb. 23, 2022, the High Anti-Corruption Court found the former Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons guilty of fraud and incitement to bribery, sentencing him to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
On Feb. 14, 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) filed an indictment against a judge of the Dnipropetrovsk District Court in Dnipropetrovsk region. Her actions fall under Part 3 Art. 368 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
On Feb. 10, 2022, the deputy of the Kyiv City Council (chairman of one of the standing commissions of the Kyiv City Council), who was exposed by NABU and SAPO receiving UAH 1.39 million in undue benefit, was served with a suspicion notice signed by the Prosecutor General. Other persons exposed on Feb. 9, 2022 were served with charges as well.
On Feb. 10, 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) filed an indictment over the possible misappropriation of grain worth over UAH 3.2 million by officials of the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine.
