NABU and SAPO have completed an investigation into the beneficiary of a group of companies operating in Ukraine's road industry. He is suspected of giving an improper advantage to the former acting head of the State Road Agency of Ukraine (Ukravtodor).
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) have notified an ex-official of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine (he is also a lawyer) of suspicion of submitting misstatements to his e-declaration. On Sept. 17, 2021, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) sent an indictment against the head of the financial service of one of the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to court. He is accused of embezzling UAH 4.26 million.
On Sept. 17, 2021, NABU and SAPO notified the Head of the Vinnytsia District Court of suspicion of accepting an improper advantage. The Prosecutor General signed a notice of suspicion. The actions of the official fall under Part 3 Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
