Based on NABU materials, SAPO appealed to the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) to declare the assets belonging to a judge of the Kyiv Region District Court unjustified and confiscate them to the state budget. The claim for civil confiscation was filed on Jan. 18, 2022.
On Jan. 13, 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) jointly with the General Inspectorate of the Prosecutor General`s Office (PGO) exposed the deputy head of one of the PGO departments on incitement to bribery and fraud.
