Non-declaration by MP: another case referred to court

On Jan. 11, 2023, NABU and SAPO sent the case to court, accusing an incumbent MP of the 9th convocation of misstatements in his 2020 e-declaration. Such actions fall under Part 1 Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (as amended by the Law of Ukraine of 04.12.2020 No. 1074-IX).

As established, the MP did not mention an apartment in downtown Kyiv, which she had rented. The cost of the apartment exceeds UAH 2.5 million.

The investigation of these facts was launched after a well-founded conclusion by the NACP.

In December 2022, the MP was notified of suspicion.
