Over UAH 113 million go to Armed Forces thanks to NABU, SAPO

UAH 113.7 million, seized within NABU and SAPO investigations into corruption at customs, went to the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Dec. 14, 2022. One case was referred to court in August 2022, while another is still being investigated.

At the request of NABU and SAPO, the HACC granted the seizure and transfer of these funds to ARMA. The entire amount was spent on military bonds.

As reported, this September, the Armed Forces of Ukraine already received UAH 300 million, seized in cases of corruption at customs. Overall, since the beginning of russia's all-out invasion, more than UAH 1.2 billion have been transferred to the Ukrainian military through the efforts of NABU and SAPO.
