Non-declaration: another judge notified of suspicion
On Jan. 3, 2023, NABU and SAPO notified a judge of the High Administrative Court of Ukraine of suspicion of submitting false data in his 2020 e-declaration. The actions of person fall under Part 1 Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (as amended by the Law of Ukraine of 04.12.2020 No. 1074-IX).
Since the whereabouts of the judge are currently unknown, she was notified of suspicion under Art. 278, Art. 135 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. As established, the judge failed to declare for 2020 two land plots and two houses in the suburbs of Kyiv, which she and her husband used during the year.
The cost of the houses exceeds UAH 4 million and almost UAH 2 million, respectively. The land plots on which they are located are worth almost 1 million each. Overall, the declared information differs from the truth by more than UAH 7.8 million.
NABU and SAPO investigate the mentioned facts under the operational support of the SSU.
