On Dec. 27, 2022, NABU and SAPO referred the case to court, accusing four persons of causing a UAH 14.8 million loss to the state.

As a result of such actions, the state enterprise suffered losses for the amount of UAH 14.8 million.
NABU has investigated the above facts in cooperation with the SBU Department in the Poltava region.
The former director of the state enterprise and other persons were notified of suspicion in February-May 2022. The investigation was completed in August 2022.
