On Nov. 12, 2021, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) sent an indictment regarding Director of one of Kharkiv's utility companies to court. He is accused of abuse of office, which caused almost UAH 1 million losses to the territorial community. The actions of the person fall under Part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On September 23, 2021, NABU and SAPO gave a notice of suspicion to the official of Joint-Stock Company (JSC) "Ukrzaliznytsia" (Ukrainian railways). He is suspected of abuse of office, as a result of which Ukrzaliznytsia suffered almost UAH 9.6 million of losses.
On Aug. 20, 2021, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) notified the director of one of Kharkiv's utility companies of completing a pre-trial investigation into abuse of office. The case materials were disclosed for the defense for examination.
NABU and SAPO have completed an investigation into the abuse of office by a former Chairman of the Board of Ukragroleasing NJSC and his accomplice, the head of a private company. On Aug. 6, 2021, the case files were disclosed to the defense for review. The actions of the suspects fall under Part 2 Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
NABU and SAPO have filed indictments regarding retired lieutenant general and an official of the Donetsk Regional State Administration suspected of abuse of authority.
