NABU and SAPO have completed an investigation of the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kyiv ex-judge, who demanded and received a USD 150,000 bribe for passing an illegal ruling. On Aug. 6, 2021, the case files were disclosed for the defense. The actions of the ex-judge fall under Part 4 Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Accepting an offer, promise or receiving an improper advantage by an official").
The investigation of a judge of the Dnipropetrovsk District Court in Dnipropetrovsk region, who was exposed accepting a bribe, has been completed. On August 2, 2021, the defense was granted access to the case files. Upon being examined they will be referred to court.
On June 9, 2021, a judge of the Dnipropetrovsk District Court in Dnipropetrovsk region, who was exposed the day before yesterday receiving an improper advantage, has been notified of suspicion. Her actions fall under Part 3 Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On March 30, 2021, the indictment in respect of the Head of Kharkiv District Administrative Court was sent to court. The actions of the official are qualified under Part 3 Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The investigation as of the facts of receiving an improper advantage by the Deputy Head of the District Court of Kharkiv was completed. On January 28, 2021, the indictment as of abovementioned judge was sent to High Anti-Corruption Court. Her actions are qualified under Part 3 Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
