On March 2, 2023, NABU and SAPO notified the head of a private company of suspicion of abuse of influence. His actions fall under Part 1 Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Since the suspect is a lawyer, the charges were sanctioned by the head of SAPO.
NABU and SAPO notified two lawyers of suspicion of inciting an entrepreneur to give an undue advantage, as well as aiding in its receipt by officials of the Prosecutor General's Office and the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. Their actions fall under Part 4 Art. 27, Part 2 Art. 15, Part 4 Art. 369, Part 5 Art. 27, Part 2 Art. 15, Part 4 Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On Dec. 27, 2022, NABU and SAPO referred the case to court, accusing a lawyer and an assistant judge of the Odesa Court of Appeal of an attempt to bribe a judge of the same court with USD 1.7 thousand. The lawyer's actions fall under Part 2 Art. 15, Part 4 Art. 27, Part 3 Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the actions of the assistant judge - under Part 2 Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
NABU and SAPO have completed the investigation into a lawyer and an assistant judge of the Odesa Court of Appeal suspected of an attempt to bribe a judge of the Odesa Court of Appeal with USD 1.7 thousand. The lawyer's actions fall under Part 2 Art. 15, Part 4 Art. 27, Part 3 Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the actions of the assistant judge - under Part 2 Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. On Nov. 22, 2022, the case file was disclosed to the defense for perusal.
On Sept. 28, 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) notified a defense lawyer of suspicion of inciting her client to give USD 1.7 thousand in undue advantage to a judge of the Odesa Court of Appeal. The actions of the suspect fall under Part 2 Art. 15, Part 4 Art. 27, Part 3 Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
