NABU completed investigation as of the facts of embezzlement of UAH 37 million allocated on arrangement of military range

The Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) completed the pre-trial investigation as of the facts of embezzlement UAH 37 million during the arrangement of the Shyrokyi Lan military range in Mykolayiv Oblast. On November 2, 2020, five suspects and the defense had been granted with access to criminal proceeding for review.

NABU jointly with the “Ukrzaliznytsia” will combat corruption at state enterprise

The Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Public Joint-Stock Company (PJSC) “Ukrzaliznytsia” (Ukrainian railways) will exchange information for the prevention, detection and fight against corruption. NABU exposed corrupt scheme of causing UAH 47.5 million damages to Yuzhny port

On October 27, 2020, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), under the procedural guidance of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor`s Office (SAPO) exposed 11 persons, who organized a corruption scheme, resulted in causing UAH 47 million losses to the Yuzhny Sea Commercial Port SE. Among the organizers of the scheme there are Acting and Former officials of the Yuzhny Sea Commercial Port SE.
