Submitting false data to e-declarations by ex-Governor: investigation completed

The Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor`s Office (SAPO) completed pre-trial investigation as of the facts of submitting false data to e-declarations by the ex-Head of one of the Regional State Administrations (equivalent to the Governor).

"Energomerezha" case: indictment sent to court

On June 16, 2020, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against two possible participants in a corruption scheme to embezzle UAH 346.22 million from OJSC "Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo" (since 2017 - PJSC).

369 accused persons, 133 suspects – the NABU`s results as of July 2019

As of July 31, 2019, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) jointly with the prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) prosecuted 502 people for corruption. 133 persons are suspected of committing corruption crimes within 751 criminal proceedings investigated by the NABU. The indictments as of 369 persons sent to court.

NABU Detectives became experts of the Summer School in Criminal Justice

The Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) together with Prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO), a judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court, lawyers and former US Attorneys, shared their investigative experience with 39 students of the Criminal Justice in Action Summer School.
