NABU and SAPO have completed the investigation into the criminal organization run by the former head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. Its activities led to over UAH 700 million in damages to the state, while the exposure became one of the most significant cases in the history of Ukraine's anti-corruption agencies. The organization's participants are also suspected of laundering more than UAH 10 billion in illegally obtained property.

NABU Director Semen Kryvonos, members of the Commission for External Independent Assessment (Audit) of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau's work have met to discuss the term of assessment, its importance and key approaches.

One of the suspects in the case of property seizure from the state-owned enterprise National Cinematheque of Ukraine has been extradited to Ukraine.

NABU and SAPO have served a suspicion notice on the deputy head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, who was exposed yesterday after receiving USD 40,000 in bribe. Her actions fall under Part 4 Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
