On Sept. 7, 2023, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) served suspicion papers against the former ultimate beneficial owner of PJSC CB "PrivatBank" and five members of the organized group for the alleged misappropriation of over UAH 9.2 billion from the bank.
On 31 August 2023, NABU and SAPO served charges on the former director of the State Enterprise "Research Farm "Proskurivka" of the VM Remeslo Myronivka Institute of Wheat of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine and the director of a private enterprise of misappropriation of agricultural products of the state enterprise worth over UAH 22.9 million.
NABU and SAPO have exposed a criminal group that seized the assets of the Municipal Enterprise "International Airport Odesa" worth UAH 118 million and revenue from its activities amounting to over UAH 2.5 billion generated during 2012-2022.

On Aug. 23, 2023, NABU and SAPO exposed misappropriation worth UAH 62.5 million during Ukrzaliznytsia's (Ukrainian Railways) procurement of food supplies for the population in a state of war. Former and current high-ranking officials are involved in orchestrating the scheme.
