Irregularity of price determination, lack of responsibility, and the possibility of procurement beyond bidding are corruption risks that urgently need to be addressed by the Government. We are talking about Cabinet Resolution No. 1178 regarding the peculiarities of procurement during martial law, which contains such risks.
