The actions of the former lawmaker fall under Part 4 Art. 368 and Part 2 Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

On July 27, 2022, the officer was notified of suspicion of committing an offense under Part 4 Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
