On Nov. 9, 2021, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) caught a judge of the Chernihiv District Administrative Court accepting a USD 20 thousand bribe.

He is charged with abuse of power resulting in UAH 80 million losses to the city. The actions of the suspect fall under Part 2 Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On Nov. 2, 2021, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) referred the case of embezzling the National Guard of Ukraine's UAH 81.64 million to the High Anti-Corruption Court.
