NABU and SAPO have filed an indictment against the former Head of the Explosives Department of the National Police and an accomplice in the crime - a private entrepreneur. The actions of the former fall under Part 4 Art. 368, Part 1 Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the latter - under Part 3 Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

NABU and SAPO have completed an investigation of the former head and officials of Ukrinmash SE (a subsidiary of Ukroboronprom State Concern) suspected of embezzling more than EUR 140,000. On Oct. 12, 2021, the case files were disclosed.
