The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, have exposed an organized group involved in the embezzlement of funds from JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" during the repair of track machines.

NABU and SAPO, together with the Department of Internal Security of the National Police, have charged the former head of the State Migration Service of Ukraine with misappropriation of over UAH 88 million.
NABU and SAPO have exposed a scheme involving the misappropriation of state funds via the procurement of computer equipment at inflated prices. The charges have been brought against the ex-head of a state institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the owner and director of a private enterprise. Their actions fall under Part 5 Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
