On Jan. 11, 2023, NABU and SAPO sent the case to court, accusing an incumbent MP of the 9th convocation of misstatements in his 2020 e-declaration. Such actions fall under Part 1 Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (as amended by the Law of Ukraine of 04.12.2020 No. 1074-IX).
On Dec. 28, 2022, NABU and SAPO referred the case to court, accusing four persons of causing UAH 13.8 million in damage to Derzhhidrohrafiia (State Hydrography) public enterpise.

On Dec. 27, 2022, NABU and SAPO referred the case to court, accusing a lawyer and an assistant judge of the Odesa Court of Appeal of an attempt to bribe a judge of the same court with USD 1.7 thousand. The lawyer's actions fall under Part 2 Art. 15, Part 4 Art. 27, Part 3 Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the actions of the assistant judge - under Part 2 Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On Nov. 28, 2022, NABU and SAPO referred the case to court, accusing three persons of embezzling over UAH 14 million during the construction of apartment buildings for border guards.
