On November 26, 2019, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) gave notices of suspicion to 7 persons. Among the suspects, there are ex-Head and five officials of one of the Territorial Customs Service, ex-official of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (SFS).
The Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the Anti-corruption prosecutors completed a pre-trial investigation of the criminal proceeding as of the Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (SFS) and the Head of the Debt Redemption Department of the SFS. On July 28, 2017, the suspects and the defense were provided with access to the documents of the pre-trial investigation.
On March 2, 2017, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the Anti-corruption prosecutors detained and gave a notice of suspicion to the Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (SFS) for allegedly committing a crime under Part 2 Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine («Abuse of authority or office»).
