NABU and SAPO have completed the investigation into the director of Izium Instrument-Making Plant (a subsidiary of Ukroboronprom State Concern) suspected of taking UAH 2.44 million in undue advantage and not declaring real estate abroad. His actions fall under Part 4 Art. 368, Part 1 Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. On Nov. 23, 2022, the case file was disclosed to the defense for perusal.

On Oct. 25, 2022, NABU and SAPO notified the director of Izyum Instrument-Making Plant (a subsidiary of Ukroboronprom State Concern) of suspicion of taking UAH 2.44 million in undue advantage and a failure to declare real estate abroad. His actions fall under Part 4 Art. 368, Part 1 Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

On July 26-29, 2022, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) notified the former executives of Ukrinmash SE (a subsidiary of Ukroboronprom State Concern) of suspicion of an attempt to embezzle USD 488 thousand.

NABU and SAPO have completed an investigation of the former head and officials of Ukrinmash SE (a subsidiary of Ukroboronprom State Concern) suspected of embezzling more than EUR 140,000. On Oct. 12, 2021, the case files were disclosed.

On July 30, 2021, NABU, SAPO, and the SBU notified one of the ex-officials of Kharkiv State Aircraft Manufacturing Company (part of Ukroboronprom) of suspicion of embezzling USD 1.93 million and EUR 553.24 thousand (a total of some UAH 30 million). The actions of the suspect fall under Part 5 Art. 191 ("misappropriation, embezzlement or conversion of property by abuse of official post") of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
