On April 26, 2021, SAPO Prosecutors filed an indictment to the High Anti-Corruption Court against a person accused of receiving UAH 950,000 of improper advantage for influencing the decision of the General Director of Ukrspetsexport SE. He is one of the eight possible participants in the corruption scheme for the supply of goods of unknown origin to the enterprises of Ukroboronprom State Concern involving Optimumspetsdetal LLC and other business entities.

On April 21, 2021, the National Bureau Detectives under the procedural guidance of SAPO notified former officials of Ukrinmash SE (a subsidiary of Ukroboronprom State Concern) of suspicion of embezzling more than EUR 140 thousand (approx. UAH 3.5 mln).

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and UkrOboronProm State Concern will cooperate in the field of preventing and combating corruption. On November 23, 2020, the NABU Director Artem Sytnyk and the Acting Director General of Ukroboronprom SC Ihor Fomenko signed a Memorandum, which defines the main areas of cooperation and obligations of the parties.

  On March 4, 2019, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) detained the current and former Directors of the State Enterprise "SpetsTechnoExport" and three more ex-officials on suspicion of embezzlement of 2.225 million USD (55.5 million UAH). On the same day they were given notices of suspicion.
