USD 100,000, UAH 2 million to be spent on drones thanks to NABU, SAPO

On March 2, 2023, the High Anti-Corruption Court found guilty a representative of one of the capital's developers and the mayor of Poltava. Both entered into plea agreements and pledged to transfer USD 100,000 and UAH 2 million, respectively, for the Army of Drones project within the United24 initiative.

About UAH 30 mln sent to army thanks to NABU, SAPO

In January 2023, the Armed Forces of Ukraine received USD 785,000 and UAH 650,000 (about UAH 30 mln at NBU's exchange rate) thanks to the efforts of NABU and SAPO. These are funds seized from a former MP, head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, suspected of receiving undue advantage from a Czech company with russian background.

Over UAH 113 million go to Armed Forces thanks to NABU, SAPO

UAH 113.7 million, seized within NABU and SAPO investigations into corruption at customs, went to the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Dec. 14, 2022. One case was referred to court in August 2022, while another is still being investigated.

At the request of NABU and SAPO, the HACC granted the seizure and transfer of these funds to ARMA. The entire amount was spent on military bonds.

NABU, SAPO, SSU Military Counterintelligence expose illegal border crossing scheme

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, under the operational support of the Security Service Military Counterintelligence, have exposed three State Border Guard Service (SBGS) officials and two civilians, who organized a scheme of illegal border crossing by conscripted male citizens of Ukraine. On Nov. 8-10, 2022, they were notified of suspicion of a crime under Part 3 Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

MoD honors 51 NABU employees with military awards

51 National Bureau employees who showed high professionalism during russia's armed aggression against Ukraine have been awarded medals “For Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine”, certificates and honorary certificates from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. 15 employees have been honored with firearms. Major Taras Pona, a NABU's special operations officer, who was killed in action near Bakhmut, has been posthumously awarded the "Badge of Honor".
