NABU boosts cybersecurity cooperation with international partners

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the U.S. Civilian Research and Development Foundation have agreed to cooperate in cybersecurity and share experience and modern practices.

On November 12, the Director of NABU, Semen Kryvonos, and the Regional Director of the Foundation’s Representative Office, Mykhailo Verych, formalized this intent by signing a Memorandum of Understanding.

The memorandum provides for the exchange of information and experience in managing and using technical resources, data analysis, and identifying cybersecurity needs in Ukraine.

Additionally, the signed document includes the implementation of training and technical projects to improve the overall level of cybersecurity, as well as the introduction and development of information security systems.

As part of this outlined cooperation, and with the support of the Cyber Center of the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine, employees of the National Bureau will participate in a seminar on the basics of cybersecurity and cyber hygiene.
