10 notices of suspicion, 24 indictments sent to court – NABU, SAPO results in November 2021

The NABU Detectives have started pre-trial investigations in 51 criminal proceedings, notified 10 persons of suspicion, and filed 8 indictments against 24 persons. These are the results of NABU’s work in November 2021. The following persons were given notices of suspicion:

In addition, amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine", which took effect on Nov. 10, 2021, eliminate legal controversies provoked by the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to declare certain provisions of the Law unconstitutional. NABU has become a central executive body with a special status and continues to operate in normal mode.
