Strengthening the independence of Ukraine’s anti-corruption system and building expert capacity: NABU Director held a series of meetings at URC 2026 in Poland (PHOTO)
During the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026, NABU Director Semen Kryvonos held a series of meetings with international partners and representatives of government and expert institutions involved in supporting Ukraine’s reform agenda.
The discussions focused on strengthening the institutional capacity of anti-corruption institutions and establishing an independent expert organization as a component of an effective anti-corruption system.
Participants also emphasized the importance of preserving the independence of NABU and SAPO, which is one of the key benchmarks for international partners in the context of continued support for reforms.
International partners reaffirmed their commitment to providing expert, technical, and analytical assistance to help strengthen the rule of law in Ukraine.
