The Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Public Joint-Stock Company (PJSC) “Ukrzaliznytsia” (Ukrainian railways) will exchange information for the prevention, detection and fight against corruption. With this purpose, the NABU Director Artem Sytnyk and the Head of “Ukrzaliznytsia” Volodymyr Zhmak signed a Memorandum on Understating on October 30, 2020.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine will strengthen cooperation in the sphere of prevention and counteraction of corruption. The parties also agreed to exchange information for the prevention, detection, termination and disclosure of criminal corruption offenses. This is stated in the Memorandum between the NABU and the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine, which was signed on December 28, 2018, by the NABU Director Artem Sytnyk and the Chairman of the Accounting Chamber Valeriy Patskan.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the European Investment Bank (EIB) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in order to exchange information for the prevention, detection and fight against corruption. The relevant document was signed by the NABU Deputy Director Anatoly Novak and the EIB Inspector General Jan Willem van der Kaaij in Luxembourg on September 27, 2018.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau of the Republic of Poland (CBA) will jointly prevent and combat cross-border corruption. The relevant agreement was signed by the Director of the Lviv Territorial Office of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Taras Lopushansky and the Director of the Cabinet of the Head of CBA Ivona Chernets at a meeting in Lviv on October 6, 2017.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) at the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice Supreme Court of Cassation of Romania (Direcţia Naţională Anticorupţie, DNA) will strengthen cooperation in the area of detection and investigation of corruption offenses. The relevant Memorandum was signed by the NABU Director Artem Sytnyk and the Chief Prosecutor of the DNA Laura Codruța Kövesi at a working meeting in Bucharest on September 7, 2017.
