The Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) completed the pre-trial investigation of the case as of the facts of submitting false data to e-declarations by the ex-Head of the State Ecological Inspection of Ukraine.   On December 21, 2018, the indictment as of the Former President of the Public Joint-Stock Company (PJSC) «C Trident» and as of the ex-Director of the shipping company was sent to Pechersky District Court of Kyiv. Both persons are accused of committing a crime under Part 5 Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine («Misappropriation, embezzlement or conversion of property by abuse of office»).
