NABU did not stop work for a single minute in 2022 - Gizo Uglava

NABU helps draw a line in Dnipro airport case

Based on NABU's files, a private company has been stripped of the right to operate the Dnipro airport. The decision was made by the Dnipropetrovsk Administrative Court of Appeals. It took effect on Feb. 2, 2023.

"Yuzhny Port" case sent to court

On Feb. 6, 2023, NABU and SAPO filed an indictment against 10 persons involved in a corruption scheme, which caused the public enterprise Sea Commercial Port "Yuzhny" to suffer more than UAH 60 million in losses.

Ex-deputy minister suspected of embezzling over UAH 32 million

NABU and SAPO notified Yanukovych era ex-deputy minister of ecology and natural resources and two foreign citizens of suspicion of embezzling UAH 32.048 million during the purchase of earth remote sensing services. The actions of the suspects fall under Part 5 Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
