On May 9, 2022, a russian serviceman, senior lieutenant-commander of a company of the 15th separate motorized rifle brigade of the 2nd guards all-military army of the central military district of the russian armed forces, was charged with ill-treatment of civilians and other violations of the laws and customs of war. His actions fall under Part 1 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On April 27, 2022, two russian servicemen - captain and major of the motorized rifle company of the 15th separate motorized rifle brigade of the 2nd guard's all-military army of the central military district of russia's armed forces - were charged with ill-treatment of prisoners of war. The actions of both fall under Part 1, Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. They were notified of suspicion in absentia and will soon be wanted.
