The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, based on NABU and SAPO's file, have exposed the conspiracy of two companies participating in the tender for the reconstruction of the building of the State Migration Service of Ukraine and fined them UAH 2.1 million. The AMCU adopted the relevant decision on Dec. 27, 2022.
On Dec. 28, 2022, NABU and SAPO referred the case to court, accusing four persons of causing UAH 13.8 million in damage to Derzhhidrohrafiia (State Hydrography) public enterpise.

The lawyer's actions fall under Part 2 Art. 15, Part 4 Art. 27, Part 3 Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the actions of the assistant judge - under Part 2 Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On Dec. 27, 2022, NABU and SAPO notified an incumbent MP of suspicion of stating false data in his 2020 e-declaration. His actions fall under Part 1 Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (as amended by the Law of Ukraine of 04.12.2020 No. 1074-IX).
