Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority case: five persons were given notices of suspicion

On January 21, 2020, the Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor`s Office (SAPO) gave notices of suspicion to five persons involved in causing UAH 21.36 million damage to the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority" (SE "USPA").

SE “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” got the legal ground for the return of 118 million UAH

The Northern Commercial Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Commercial Court of Kyiv, which declared invalid the agreement between the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” (SE “USPA”) and the Limited Liability Company (LLC) “Tekhmorhidrostroy Mykolayiv” on 712 million UAH. The decision taken by the appeal court on March 13, 2019, has entered into legal force. This allows the SE “USPA” to begin the procedure for returning illegally paid 118.4 million UAH.
