NABU employees completed Leadership training
The representatives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Office of the Prosecutor General, the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office have completed Leadership training. The training was organized by the UK’s College of Policing with the the support of the National Crime Agency and British Embassy Kyiv. On October 11, 2019, Melinda Simmons, British Ambassador to Ukraine, presented participants with correspodense certificates.
The training, started in lateJune 2019, enabled participants to consider their personal leadership style, their ability to influence the culture within an organisation, and to reflect on the necessity of operating at the correct level as a leader. Participants were also encouraged to consider the impact of positive modern leadership styles and enhanced their skills in negotiating and influencing, welfare, and change management.
The Ambassador had a meeting with the NABU Director Artem Sytnyk and the First Deputy Director of the NABU Gizo Uglava. They discussed the implementation of anti-corruption reform in Ukraine, the challenges and problems in NABU's activities and ways to solve them.
Artem Sytnyk expressed his gratitude to Melinda Simmons for the support and assistance to the NABU.
